This is my half of an AT with the wonderful 
, she wanted an underwater theme with fish. This is my first underwater/sea horse so that's probably why it looks like shitcakes. x__x The hair is more smudged in this manip because to me, when hair is underwater it looks really soft, so I tried to make it look soft while making some extra strokes to still give it a hair effect.
